Whinhill Productions presents
Chic Murray: A Funny Place For A Window
Written and Directed By Stuart Hepburn
Chic Murray was “the comedian’s comedian”. In a career that took him from an engineer’s apprenticeship in Kincaid’s Shipyard, Greenock, to the top of the bill at The London Palladium, Chic was a complete one-off.
Dave Anderson, Maureen Carr and Brian James O’ Sullivan recreate their hilarious Play Pie Pint production on the triumphs and tragedies of Chic’s glittering but flawed career.
GLASGOW HERALD “Five Stars!“
SCOTSMAN “Dave Anderson is superb”
****Warning! Some patrons might find scenes in the play seriously funny.
‘This play was first presented as A Play, A Pie and A Pint production at Òran Mór, Glasgow’
Please note that this performance does not include a pie or pint
