Creatability offers a unique mix of expressive arts for neurodiverse and/or disabled children and young people with additional needs aged four to 21 years old. Sessions create a safe and friendly atmosphere for children and young people to channel and express their creativity, encouraging a supportive atmosphere among peers, while building skills in theatre performance, rhythm and sound, visual arts and everyone’s favourite… aerial dance! All activities are free to take part in thanks to funding from Creative Scotland Youth Arts Access Fund. One to one sessions are also available. We are proud to offer these classes alongside our valued partners All or Nothing Ariel Dance and Waterbaby Dance.
Hi! My name is Kayla Bell and I am seven years old. I attend the Tuesday Creatability Junior sessions and I have been going for a few months. I like to go because I can do lots of various activities and meet new friends. My favourite thing to do is the art. Also being supported by all the staff has been amazing, I can’t thank them enough! I would recommend the group to others who are thinking of joining. My mum says that since attending Creatability I have come out of my shell and grown in confidence a lot.
